Mr. Prince Kumi is a dependable, performance-driven professional with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He is the founder of JIT PRIME group of companies and serves as a Pastor at the Overcomers World Ministries International under the auspices of the International Christian Family Church (ICFC). Mr. Kumi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (General Management) from the University of Cape Coast.

His professional journey began as a sales and marketing personnel at Firstrust Savings and Loans Ltd, where he eventually transitioned into the IT department. Drawing upon many years of experience in the savings and loans and IT industry, Prince Kumi married Berkings Biamah, a resident of Germany, and later moved to Germany to join his wife. He continued his education at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, specializing in Logistics – International Management and Consulting. Mr. Kumi successfully graduated with a master’s degree in Logistics – International Management and Consulting, along with certifications in SAP systems from WBS.

Possessing excellent problem-solving and relationship-building talents across all organizational levels, Mr. Kumi has contributed his skills to various roles. He worked at the 21st Theater Logistics Support Center in Kaiserslautern, Germany, and later joined the Logistics Readiness Command Center, also in Kaiserslautern. With refined communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in diverse and demanding work environments, Mr. Kumi currently serves as a Quality Assurance Specialist with Public Health Activities Germany.

Driven by his primary goal of satisfying customer demands globally, Mr. Kumi founded the JIT group to bring his long-time vision to fruition in the company’s business model.
